grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: GRASS6.1

This is what we follow for 
Scanned Map --> Raster -->DXF -->ARC-INFO Vector.. Wish it is possible for
Qcad dxf to GRASS vector also ..
There is a very quick method,
