[GRASS5] more ps.map category bugs

Oh yeah, another one:

The "setcolor" instruction seems to be broken for the colortable legend in
GRASS 5.7+. (works fine on the actual raster; just the legend is broken)

Related to the introduction of the colortable::raster option-> re-reading
raster's color wipes out any changes "setcolor" made?
