[GRASS5] [bug #2981] (grass) DUPLICATE icon in GIS Manager

i had a look at the two-toolbar version of the GIS manager. i don't 
think that we need cut/paste/copy buttons. the current setup with copy 
(and paste in one step) and cut can do all a user needs: you can get 
rid of a layer and you can duplicate it. or am i missing something?
