I take it you mean you are trying to download the 3rd party Cygwin
binaries from http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html  ?

As they produce and host those binaries, you'll have to ask them.


maybe try resume download instead of starting from zero each time?

e.g. using the "wget" program in continue mode:

wget --continue http://www.example.com/file.zip
