[GRASS5] g3.xxxx commands gone missing

It's all integrated in the g.* commands... 
Enjoy the -help parameter...

g.region -help 2>&1 | grep 3
g.rename -help 2>&1 | grep 3
etc

Of course the GUI should be fixed (also in the release branch 
if needed).
