[GRASS5] Unable to compile "d.what.vect"

Hi,
I am unable to compile "d.what.vect" in Grass 6.0:
the compiler says that at line 399 of what.c it cannot understan the function F_open:

399: undefined reference to `F_open'

Indeed, in that line I found:
  F_open ( title, db_get_string(&html) );

Can anyone help me, please?
