Subject: grass logo on the help pages

Hi,

can we put the grass logo back on the top left of the help pages?

especially the main index pages. Makes the presentation a lot friendlier
before we blast the user with options.

e.g.  http://grass.ibiblio.org/gdp/html_grass5/html/d.erase.html
