I CC to the developer's list. It probably originates from

grep 'Out of Memory' lib/vector/diglib/allocation.c
      fprintf (stderr, "Out of Memory.\n");
      fprintf (stderr, "\nOut of Memory on realloc.\n");

in function dig_falloc().

Maybe someone in the list has an idea.
