[GRASS5] [bug #3749] (grass) v.patch: 3d vector + 3d vector = 2d vector

THANKS VERY MUCH for the offer, Martin. If you do, could you look into
adding an option to merge attributes too? At least for vector files that
have identical attribute structures, it should be possible to append the
attributes of the files like the spatial objects. I did a little script hack
that does this via OGR (v.append), but doing it correctly in the v.patch
module would be much better.
