Hi All,

I appologise to all if this is comes over as being a bit cheeky but..... 

I'm trying to start an RT system at my work. I've previously used RT 1.0.7 
when i worked at a call centre so would like to use this as it is what im 
used to.

Can anyone offer any advice on setting this up. I am pretty green on this, 
i've only been an end user but appreciate how useful it is.

i.e what system to run on, how to install etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
