[GRASS5] ps.map symbol size from DB column

The main code is in $GISBASE/etc/dm/print.tcl (for binaries - easier to test
and debug in binaries); some code (including stubs for panels) is in
$GISBASE/etc/dm/dm.tcl and in $GISBASE/etc/dm/*.tcl for each panel.
