d.paint.labels now in 6.1-cvs respects rotation settings calculated by
v.label.

It works well enough, although it could still use some fine tuning and
using a label curled along a bent vector line (v.label -c) exposes a bug
in the d.text.freetype code. (first guess: radians vs. degrees?)
