[GRASS5] extra file in 6.1-cvs src snapshot?

If files are present in the snapshopt which should not
be there, then it is a bug 
- either in the cleanup routine (make distclean)
- or the file needs to be removed from CVS.


Strange, because the main Makefile contains

        -rm -f swig/perl/Makefile.PL 2>/dev/null

in the distclean target.
