[GRASS-dev] [bug #4939] (grass) GRASS 6.0 on a MacBookPro

Hi,

I would like to use GRASS 6.0 on my MacBookPro laptop. I installed Grass6.0 from the Grass site and installed X11 from the MacOS X installation CD. Problems appear when I want to start Grass:

- < double click on Grass6.0 icon >
--> start window appears
- < click on the start button >
--> the xterm window appears
--> after a while the following message appears:"X11 got an error: AppleEvent timed out. (-1712)"
