I have changed the column type from 'numeric' to 'integer primary key'
using sqlitebrowser.
Find the new table here:

Mhh, the current message is:

...
Writing attributes ...
Layer 1
ERROR: Column 'id' is not integer

and it doesn't segfault (for me).

Anyway, for the example it should be solved.
