[GRASS-dev] GRASS 6.2.0 release branch created & 6.3.cvs

Hi,

I have now:
- released GRASS 6.1.0,
- created the new release branch "releasebranch_6_2", and
- shifted include/VERSION in CVS head to 6.3.cvs.

Please now commit new code to CVS head. Development
is now moved from 6.1 to 6.3 while 6.2 will become
the new stable version.

I'll update the roadmap now and the Web pages asap.
