Copyright statement in source code - was Re: [GRASS-dev] Incorrect stuff coming through stderr?

And check the GRASS 5.4 version of 'description.html' !
ie html/html/g.module.html

In addition to historical info there is a lot of useful help content
there which has never been ported to GRASS 6 along with the modules.
