[GRASS-dev] terminology fixes in GRASS

Hi,

I have made a global fix to terminology in GRASS for consistency.
This basically affects messages, some comments and the HTML 
pages:

 raster file(s) -> raster map(s)
 vector file(s) -> vector map(s)

The same thing should be done now for raster3d where
we have a mixture of
3d grid file
3d grid map
3d cell
...

What's your suggestion for this?
