Hi,

I introduced a bug in d.nviz that I don't know how to fix.

If the interactive placement point is outside the region (eg in the white
bands on the sides of the x monitor) the point is skipped as there is no
underlying topography to get the elevation offset from. You get a warning and
no point is recorded, but the display draw-line code doesn't get the "undo"
message and the next point starts from the last (unrecorded) point instead of
retrying from the last good point. Is it possible to reverse the last line?
