Subject: MySQL driver makefile has debug option hardwired

grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.1beta1

The compiler debug option (-g) is hardwired into db/drivers/mysql/makefile.  This leaves the user no 
control over this option from CFLAGS (unless there is an option to cancel it?), and (according to the GCC 
docs) may cause problems if an optimize option is specified in CFLAGS.
