[GRASS-dev] compile gdal plugin

I confirm, even after recompiling grassand using
configure --with-gdal=/usr/local/bin/gdal-config
          --with-grass=/usr/local/grass-6.1.0beta1
I get the same error. Also, qgis does not load grass plugin:
ERROR 1: libgrass_I.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
