[GRASS-dev] d.extract (nearly) available

Hi,

sometimes I would just graphically select vector from
a vector map instead of defining v.extract rules. I
remembered an only command we had, d.extract from Radim
with some updates from me:

It works for lines, but fails in G_plot_icon() for areas
(file extract.c). It would be nice to get that running,
anyone able to fix the G_plot_icon() use for me?
I guess that it is related to the R_*() driver stuff.
