Yes. This means that the compilation of the Linux snapshot failed.
Verification:
 http://grass.itc.it/grass61/binary/linux/snapshot/error.log
 -> apparently there are/were compilation issues.

Sure, the second page is a static Web page in the GRASS
Web server (also maintained in CVS).
