[GRASS-dev] error message for concurrent usage

Hi, 

there is a wrong error message for concurrent usage. When user "otto" starts 
GRASS in spearfish/PERMANENT and another user "stephan" tries to start GRASS 
with the same mapset, following error message appears:

stephan is currently running GRASS in selected mapset. Concurrent use not 
allowed.

it is confusing, because stephan is not the correct user. maybe the error 
message should be more general:

another user is currently running GRASS in selected mapset. Concurrent use not 
allowed.
