[GRASS5] GRASS userlist

Dear GRASS-users,

some of you already found it - the GRASS usermap[1].

With inspiration from other projects GRASS  now has its "own"
usermap. Feel free to add yourself to it.

There are also WMS- and WFS-versions for use in your app available[2,3].
