Subject: v.to.rast: contradictory errors reported when column doesn't exist in input

Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 2006-05-17

v.to.rast column=non_existant_column:

A proper DBMI error is printed:

   Loading vector information ...DBMI-DBF driver error:
   Column 'value' not found
   Error in db_open_select_cursor()

But the modules last words misslead the user reporting a different error:

   GRASS_INFO_ERROR(27611,1): Column type not supported
