[GRASS-dev] Initial Python GRASS-SWIG interface in CVS

Hi,

it would be good to add an example how to use it
from outside of GRASS. The test.py example needs
to be run within GRASS (Spearfish). But folks maybe
want to call it from external software.

Anyway, it should be easier now to work on it.
