[GRASS-dev] [bug #5161] (grass) v.digit unable to create a new file

Are you building with tcl/tk 8.3?

I confirm that on my Ubuntu Dapper v.digit fails if my Grass 6.3 CVS is built
with 8.3, but with 8.4 is works.
