Add a new paper size with the width and height swapped, e.g.

    { "a3-landscape", 16.535, 11.693, 1.0, 1.0, 0.5, 0.5 },

If you want to print it, you'll need a printer which accepts
A3-landscape paper (i.e. an A2 printer).
