[GRASS-dev] problem with r.colors on Mac

Ah.

I think I got it pretty much fixed (maybe all fixed). I disabled the
Gronsole::progress procedure because it seems completely unnecessary and the
locus of the crash. Setting the progress variable _data($path,$ci,progress)
to -1 when GRASS_INFO_PERCENT is < 1 or > 100 will achieve what the
procedure appeared to do (make the progress bar go away when the command is
complete). This seems to make it all work OK now, though it could use more
testing.
