[GRASS-dev] nviz save state

It looks like the Save state functionality for nviz broke when the
interface to nviz was updated. I am hoping that it requires just a small
fix - Michael can you please check your changes to see what might have
broken it?

When saving state it complains as follows (I am not concerned about
these because none of what it complains about needs to be saved)

Diagnostic: invalid command name "Nviz_sdiff_save" --  Save procedure
for panel sdiff may not be defined
Diagnostic: invalid command name "Nviz_query_save" --  Save procedure
for panel query may not be defined
Diagnostic: invalid command name "Nviz_pick_save" --  Save procedure for
panel pick may not be defined
Diagnostic: invalid command name "Nviz_animation_save" --  Save
procedure for panel animation may not be defined
Diagnostic: invalid command name "Nviz_kanimator_save" --  Save
procedure for panel kanimator may not be defined

But the problem is when loading the saved state :
