[GRASS-dev] new db.out.ogr

Hi,

I have added db.out.ogr to GRASS 6.3-CVS. It exports
into various formats, e.g. CSV, DBF, PostgreSQL etc.

You can grab it from CVS, the next Saturday's snapshot or
directly from here:
