[GRASS-dev] Fix NVIZ before the 6.3.0 release

I just learned that the position function in NVIZ is broken. There is  
some problem with a TclTk panel name reference. Probably easy to fix  
if it can be found.

I'll try if I have time, but the next couple weeks will be really  
busy. So if anyone else is game to try...
