[GRASS-dev] v.to.rast with colors from GRASSRGB column

Hi,

this patch adds support for raster color rules based on values stored
in database table in defined column to v.to.rast module

example usage:
 v.to.rast in=jgeology out=tmp --o use=attr column=cat -a

I hope it is worth to add this to cvs. Adding support for labels
should not be big problem any more.
