[GRASS-dev] bugtracker mail subject lines too long

Hi Maciej,

would it be possible to shorten the new bugtracker
subject line prefixes?

e.g. this one,
Re: [GRASS-dev] [grass-doc feature requests][284] rasterintro.html should mention MASK
1         10        20        30        40        48

only at position 48 relevant info starts. With my 80x25
terminal I see on 80-48 chars which isn't much. It's getting
worse once an issue is discussed. (Re: Re: etc)

What about
[grass-doc feature requests] -> [grass-doc FR]

or simply
P: patch
F: feature request
I: issue?
