I tried to describe verbosity issue on the GRASS-wiki [1]. It would be
nice to find some compromise and update SUBMITTING guidelines
according it.

Four verbosity levels are maybe too many. I think three level are
really enough. Keep it simple, stupid.

* silent (--q)
* brief/standard
* standard/verbose
