Well, if I understand this well, v.clean is simply too verbose and it
would be good to make it less verbose.
I suggest,
- redirect output from v.clean to stdout
- add new flag -t/-q/-v for table/quiet/verbose printing/hiding the
informations about cleaning tools and thier settings
Any objections/suggestions ?
