[GRASS-dev] GRASS 6.3 on Cygwin

Yes, that was it! Thanks a lot for the hint.
Now I have a beautifully complete version of GRASS 6.3 on Cygwin
running. It's a little slower than native Win, but it has complete
features (except SQLite, I am still having trouble getting that
to work on Cygwin).
