[GRASS-dev] starting new GRASS session in GRASS terminal?

Hi,

one of our students regularly launches a new GRASS session
in an existing one... (they have all sorts of funky ideas) -
is that harmful? I feel yes but don't really know.
If yes, we should add a test to the startup script based
on a GISBASE test.
