[GRASS-dev] add-ons to gism (tcl)

I've made a few add-ons to the tcl gism, which will add a
r.info/v.info button for the selected maps and a g.region button that
will set the region to the selected raster/vector.

If anyone would like to try, get the file

the gifs (icons) goes to GISBASE/etc/gui/icons
and the .tcl file goes to GISBASE/etc/gm
