Initial Comment:
small patch to v.transform/main.c and lib/vector/transform/transform.c which adds a flag to v.transform that will print the affine transformation matrix to stdout. This is a convinience enhancement for those who would like to inspect the matrix.

This patch has been tested, and appears to work well.
