This is actually pretty good news from one viewpoint. All the commands below
now have all or most of their interactive functionality replicated in TckTk
except for

bin/d.path
bin/d.rast.edit (you are fixing now)
bin/i.class (a work around is to create training areas in v.digit)
bin/r.digit (a pretty primitive module anyway; v.digit+v.to.rast is better)
bin/r.le.setup (becoming replaced by r.li)
etc/photo.2image
etc/photo.2target
