I worked out how to get the GRASS help system registered with OSX's
Help Viewer. This is independent of the GRASS_HTML_BROWSER setting.
And it works for both a unix build and the new app build. Necessary
changes for installation are in CVS.
Once installed, whether or not GRASS is running, open Help Viewer
(from the Finder Mac Help, or most application's Help menu). GRASS
help will be available in the Library menu!
This will only work if you don't move the GRASS binaries because the
help files are symlinked to the Help Viewer. For a unix build this
probably won't happen, but by the nature of the app build one can
move/rename the application if desired, which would break the link.
I'll probably have the app build install a separate help package in
the future to avoid this problem.
