[GRASS-dev] echo to g.message done

Hi,
I hope, I updated all  scripts, so they contain g.message instead of
echo for printing informative output.

You can use flag --quiet now, all messages are printed to STDERR.

Please test and possibly fix all bugs, I introduced by this operation.
