OSGeo is establishing a database of service providers and consultants
willing to provide support for a variety of open source geospatial
technologies including GRASS.

This directory should certainly be filled with GRASS service
providers. For details, see

  http://www.osgeo.org/spd_help

You need to register (see there) to submit an entry into
the database.

You can list available providers or search by country, technology
and so forth.
