[GRASS-dev] iconv a required dependency for using Freetype?

Yes. If I understood Glynn's message correctly, right now it isn't showing 
the stroke fonts but probably will again soon.

Ideally that shouldn't be necessary if we can generate the list correctly. 
But it may still be a while until we sort that out (cf. William's e-mail 
of this morning with the apparently unexplainable identical copies of 
fonts in the same file).
However at least, once we change d.font -l to use the new fontcap file it 
should no longer be necessary/desirable to sort the list in the GUI.
