They wanted to use r.to.vect to convert [r.]watershed basins to
vector polygons. Doing so, r.to.vect was whining about DBF. I don't
have the detailed error message since it wasn't my machine - sorry.
Maybe you/someone could try r.watershed + r.to.vect?
