[GRASS-dev] raster offset with cairo driver

still to be done is to add ./configure --with-cairo checks instead of "make
USE_CAIRO=1".

also d.out.file needs to be extended for SVG, Cairo's PS, etc. (I'll take care
of that)

Is GRASS_TRUECOLOR needed in the example?
