[GRASS-dev] update to xtn menu parsing

I just committed an update to gmmenu.tcl so that can parse multiple
xtnmenu.dat files in cases where multiple directories are listed in
GRASS_ETC_PATH. We should avoid this situation I think, but at least we can
handle it.
