That would be a good idea. The "classic" icons are 24x24, and I  
originally resized them down a little (this seems to be no longer the  
case in the current code).

If the window sizes are scaled to the icon sizes (a good idea) they  
should be scaled dynamically according to whatever icon set is chosen,  
rather than have them scaled statically to the smallest set.
